Yeates Design LLP is an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in rye and working in london and the south east. The practice was founded by Nick Yeates in 1993.

Our philosophy is to provide considered, contemporary design solutions that combine functional requirements with practical, well-detailed production information, allowing for optimum implementation of any project.

The majority of projects are taken from inception, through planning and construction to completion.

We work throughout London, West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire but are happy to take on projects further afield.

The practice has a wide range of experience with a multitude of building types and uses. Projects include but are not limited to:

• large residential developments for both private and Housing Association clients;

• large scale one-off houses and extensions/renovations to existing homes;

• new build laboratories and production facilities;

• new build/refurbishment of commercial and retail buildings;

• hotel development;

• ecclesiastical buildings;

• education projects.
